Just looking at the trees for a few minutes a day reduce stress, improve blood pressure and enhance overall well-being 🔬🔎👩🔬👨🔬

Last week, I had the chance to go for a hike on Sunday (in the snow, yeahhaa ❄) and pfiouuuuu I felt so:
▪ Light
▪ Soothed
▪ Free
▪ Relaxed
〰 I felt my breathing super relaxed (except during the ascension 😛🤪🙃)
〰 I also felt it on my shoulders, they were relaxed, lower than usually 😌
〰 As well, I felt this sensation on my belly, I felt free and light 🕊
〰 So I hugged a tree #hugs #love #nature

I Love those beautiful sensations, just by being in contact with nature, being outside, doing a physical activity, this is simple and so enriching and fulfilling!

There are also other ways to connect or reconnect with nature 🌲🌳
▪ Take the time to look at the trees
▪ Walking barefoot
▪ Gardening
▪ Mindful Eating
▪ Drawing nature
▪ Seeing nature with a child's eyes
▪ Put a "nature" wallpaper on your phone
▪ Listening to the sounds of nature
