The Positive Psychology

The positive psychology is a method helping you to find focus on the positive aspect of the humain experience and see events in a different perspective. This approach is valuing what’s giving you energy and your strengths.

I am using positive psychology in my coaching to help you balance the thoughts and the perspective you have on your life events.


The Non Violent Communication

Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is an approach to enhanced communication, understanding, and connection based on the principles of nonviolence and humanistic psychology.

I am using NVC in my coaching to increase empathy and understanding to improve the overall quality of life. It seeks empathic dialogue and understanding among all parties as well as self understanding.

 

Gestalt

Gestalt enables us to deepen our self-knowledge. It provides tools for better day-to-day living. It helps to bring awareness to what is experienced and felt, to free oneself from a past that has not been digested.

It takes into account all aspects of the human being: the body, thoughts (mental), emotional management and social relationships.

I use Gestalt to help you shed light on who you are, what's blocking you, or to help you resolve emotional problems that may be weighing on your life.
